Very trustworthy company who will go out of their way to fix your AC problems. They will come out…read moreany day or time! Highly recommended J & J cooling and Heating !! And for anyone who read the other comment about the motorhome Leroy sold, it's all a lie! I was there and there was nothing of the sort wrong with the motorhome. Anyone who knows Leroy, knows he keeps his stuff in excellent condition!!

Not sure how the business runs, but purchased an RV from Leroy. He assured me on his word that all…read moremaintenance had been performed and that everything worked and was in good repair. Oddly, he insisted that his loan was totally paid off before he would sign the bill of sale. I took him at his given "words". Heading home with the RV it became evident that h simple "fix" had been done on the front window which is a very large single piece of glass. It was separating from where it is attached to the frame. I ended up using duct tape to keep out the rain, noise and to keep the window from coming off on the way home. After I had made payment he signed the bill of sale for "as is". He then said he did not know if the roof leaked and that he had not performed any of the necessary maintenance. When I opened the slide out at home and it rained, water poured into the inside soaking the roof, woodwork, couch and floor. Not yet sure of the extent of the damage. Another item was where the window washer hoses hook on to the body and get the water. Both were broken. He said it had "just happened" Guess things rust really fast because the metal stubs were rusted. For an RV where everything was "in good working order with all maintenance performed" there are many issues such as a dash computer going bad, rear wheel bearings or perhaps just seals bad on both sides-can't tell until some miles because it takes a bit for the grease to come out and show on the rims, the bed lift struts do not perform their job, the awning on two of the slides is torn, the bottom ladder is missing even though I had asked and Leroy said it was around somewhere and that he would put it in the RV When I asked Leroy to split these expenses because I had trusted his word on them he said "Well as YOU and I have BOTH agreed the motor home was sold AS IS!!!" I wished him well. My reason for posting is perhaps just to be sure that customers are aware of what transacted with Leroy and myself and perhaps and perhaps not, this behavior is on the business side as well. Perhaps a hard look at the contract would be a good idea. Not idea really although I know that my personal and business life run much the same; but that is just me. Pete Lundberg
