I was never told I would be charged, let alone $300 dollars. In the three month wait (since I figured they'd forgot) I solved my own problem in two hours with google. I literally paid $300 for nothing. I expressed this very clearly to ST&A and they acted like they cared but didn't do anything to change it. I was even told I could wait to pay with my next years tax prep but then I started getting charged interest. STAY AWAY! Terrible business practices and customer service!

I received an email from Erik with my auto quote and to call with any questions. I had a few questions and Erik was able to take my call right away. He fixed my quotes due to some wrong address and told me about all the discounts available. I came in the office today to get everything set up and started. The office was easy to find parking is hit or miss though. They are located in downtown Elizabethtown, so public parking and not a private lot. So parking it shared by the courthouse and other places. The office is beautifully restored, tall ceilings and minimalist decor that just enough to be stylish and not overwhelming. Super friendly front desk and showed me wear Erik's office was located. Super easy to find, it was literally to the right of me, but still tho. Nice people! Erick was ready with my folder and get my policies started! I didn't have a couple of information was needed, but he was able to get everything started. I was able to call back the next day and bam! Easy and quick! So excited to start my new policies! Thanks to Erick Baumgardner and State Farm Insurance Team Travis Thomas!

State Farm rates are not the least expensive, but Glenn's agency is the significant difference. His after claim follow-up is better than the company. I've been putting off getting quotes and finally visited the website for Karla's agency. There was a "text us" option and I really thought this will probably not get a response. But was I surprised!! I received a text back shortly after sending. For my busy job text and email are my primary communication choices. I emailed over my current policy overviews to get quotes for similar coverage. My auto quote came back first, saving me over $978 a year!! Also, after a review of my policy and the PVA report we found that I was not well insured on my home. My coverage was literally my loan balance, and we all know to rebuild it's a lot more. I increased my coverage by more than double what I had prior on my home owners. This came in about $200 more a year, but with way more coverage. These ladies are friendly and down to earth. Amy literally communicated with me via email and it was seamless. Their service is incredible. I also love their office is right down the road from my home. I will always recommend this agency. Glad we made the change.

We had a lot of different things we needed to do as well as file out of state taxes. Prior to seeing Lori, I called and explained my situation hoping she would be able to help. She was so patient, knew exactly what I was doing and knew the forms I needed. When I asked for a price quote, she took the time to ask a few more questions to be able to give a better quote range. She did stay within her price range and it was a fair price. When I arrived the next day, Lori was very thorough, efficient and asked questions making sure we didn't overlook any deductions. She is very friendly, sincere and honest. She is very knowledgeable! Since we filed out of state taxes, before processing she wanted to do a double check and go through every detail making sure she didn't miss anything. Loved it!!! I will definitely be coming back next year and telling all my friends and anyone looking for an accountant about her. Thank you!!!
