If I could give Mulloy Properties O stars I would. I live in a condo and they are in charge of our…read moreHOA fees. Every time I call, they don't answer or transfer to a voice mail and the call is NEVER returned. I have left Beth Holt 4 messages and she has yet to return one despite her voice mail stating your call will be returned in 24 hours. I have received notice that my HOA fees weren't paid in January and I needed to get a copy of the check. This I did only to be told by the bookkeeper of it had but it was the wrong amount. The fees had increased in January yet I just purchased in December. I was not notified. When I called back and got through after 7 tries the bookkeeper said I don't know who told you they hadn't been paid. Well since there are only two bookkeepers it should not be difficult to figure out. I am renting the club house and have a email stating the price is $75.00 dated January 24. Now I am being told it is $100.00 and was raised January. I already know this is going to be a disaster. Everything that they have a hand in is. There is no professionalism, courtesy and NO ONE Has a clue. We are considering selling to get away from this company and if i purchase another condo my first question will be are you manged by Mulloy. If so It's a deal breaker !
