I would give less than one star if possible, quoted us 900.00 for homeowners insurance... then billed us for over $2100.00. " Increase was made in error" their words... No refund for the over-billing, no phone call to help or give any information. I received to premium statements in the same month, one was 600.00 higher than the other, for the same policy (with NO claims). You are on your own here... No help what's-so ever. BEWARE... They still owe me over 900.00 refund!!!! Pay-up!!! read more

It was so frustrating because no one was willing to give me straight answers that is until I called Mike. In trying to figure it out we contacted Frankfort to speak with FEMAs rep that is supposed to explain the floodplain issues to the public, she was helpful but suggested that we speak with Mike Fleitz, she didn't know that we already did. I trust Mike, he is straightforward, to the point, honest and he answers my barrage of questions. On several occasions when there has been an issue with something on my policy, or some paperwork that we missed, Mike has called me and clearly explained what is going on. That's what I like most about this company, they know what they're talking about enough to confidently answer your questions. We decided to get our homeowners, car, and flood insurance all through them, not to mention they had great premiums.
