i signed in to be seen at 10:19 am. fast forward 2 hours later and I'm still sitting in there and was told they would call me when to come back in and told me to come back and that I would be the next to be seen. i tried to explain to the lady receptionist that I had to pick my kids up and she proceeds to hang up. I get to the insurance store and I asked her well tou told me that I would be seen next and she said well we called. I said you called at 2:17 and I had to pick my kids up. Kenneth Randall proceed to stand up and say that it's his tore and he asking me to leave he didn't want to do business with me anyway. was being really rude. Went here to have our taxes done. Of course we waited until the last minute. Completely our fault. Signed up and waited until our turn. While waiting in the back of the parking lot we realized they shared a parking lot with a taco place. Papi's made the wait worth it! Kenneth called us in and took care of our taxes in no time at all. He was a very friendly man. We will return to him again next year. We just won't wait until the last day again! read more

Ken runs a tax prep place as well. Horrible. Rude. Said we would be getting back 200 from state and ended up getting back 20 bucks max. We were told he butchered up our taxes and everything was a mess. He was loud and rude to the elderly couple in front of us and he was angry if we dare challenge him. Somebody mentioned being divorced and he had some witty quip about it. Dont let yourself get scammed by Ken. read more
