Ft Knox's verification process is overdone and antiquated. Most other credit unions like Navy Fed CU and USAA are more streamlined and less time consuming. Evidently, this credit union does not trust prospective customers. Even when they receive detailed personal information for an account, they ask more unnecessary questions and request more documentation. I have exceptional credit and a very good income. I prefer a less conservative CU.

The tracked down an old work number and have called over 100 times in a matter of a few days.
