The process started out alright and turned into a nightmare. He let several items slip through the cracks. If you think you are dealing with a local business you need to know that people in Texas do the actual work on your loan. He also did not keep my identity as a client private on four occasions and described another client to me such that it was easy to figure out who she was. He set out other client names where it was easy to see them as I was removing my name from the same public spot at his office location.
