This man did amazing things to facilitate our home buying. He was able to find us a house to rent on a month-to-month basis with 2 dogs, for a very reasonable rate. As a former mortgage broker, he was very knowledgeable about the finance options, he took the time to find out our likes and dislikes in a home so that he was able to pre-screen a lot of houses for us. He would also be willing to go to as many houses in a day as I wanted, and he never pressured us to make an offer or acted the slightest bit frustrated when we rejected counter offers. He was present for closing, all of the walk-throughs, and responded quickly to all of our questions. Not only is he this realty superman, he also knows every kind of handyman you could ask for. I've hired at least 4 contractors to work on my house through Shamus and they've all been honest, highly skilled, and really cheap.

When I asked him how high he thought the ceilings were in my new house, he got out a tape measure and measured them. When the inspector made a note about something in the attic, Josh called a roofer and went up in the attic with him to make sure that everything was alright, AND took a video of the whole process to give me piece of mind. He answered his phone EVERY time that I called him, and he responded to EVERY text message within minutes, sometimes seconds. He took the stress out of buying a house, and found me a great home! I am so thankful for everything that he did for us.

Pedro was very responsive and communicated throughout the entire project. We had new concrete steps poured, a deck torn down/new patio poured, and an asphalt driveway torn up and new concrete driveway poured. It was perfectly graded away from our house to keep water away (a problem we had before). We have had multiple neighbors ask who completed our driveway since they finished. He even returned late in the evening one day to help us with something related to the project. We would hire him again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend him.

Pedro and his crew (Danny and Eduardo, plus a couple of others as needed) did a wonderful job doing the very tricky and difficult demolition and prep work, removing a sinking brick patio, old under-awning slab (around the spa), and removing the old retaining wall, re-doing the wall footers, and forming and pouring a wonderful new patio for us. Pedro was attentive, on time, and listened carefully, patiently making sure that we got all of the details under control (we are very picky). He answered all of our questions and saw to it that the job was done to specs. Their pricing was not cheap, but better than our other estimates. When they finished, a contractor doing work next-door, who had been watching them work, came over and gave Pedro his card, and took his, and complimented their work. I have absolutely no problem recommending this company to do similar kinds of work.

Great experience with Elite Realty Group! Finally, a property management group that has great…read morecustomer service! After several horrible experiences with Clinkenbeard and other subpar property management groups, my husband and I found ourselves hesitantly at Elite Realty Group. Not sure what to expect, we sat down with Priscilla (co-owner). We were shocked. Not only is she very intelligent, she and her partners have a love of what they do and do not seem focused on money, money, money. After looking at several houses we came across our current rental. We were shocked as she and Sheri explained their process for getting a rental ready for new tenants. Professional housecleaners, shampooed carpets, fresh paint, updating fixtures, blinds were just some of the maintenance features for every change in tenant. We were in a hurry to move in after seeing how thorough Priscilla and Sheri are about getting rentals prepared for their next tenants. After signing a very detailed lease explaining clearly OUR duties and THEIR duties about property maintenance, we moved in. Because we pushed to move in so quickly, Sheri moved up all of her appointments to get the house ready. Three blinds and an oven light did not have the opportunity to be fixed. I was worried (after reading Rusty R's review) that they might forget to fix the blinds and oven light. I was wrong. Sheri called me several times to arrange for their handyman to come out. They worked with our schedule and came out within a week of us moving in to do the repairs. Exceptional customer service, great properties and a wonderful staff, could not ask for more from a Property Management Group. Save yourself some time, if you are in the market for a rental or thinking about renting out your home-go with Elite Realty Group!
