Mark Smith and his team are wonderful! They are the epitome of what customer service should look…read morelike. They are quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and price competitive. We can't recommend them enough! Thank you Mark!

Who I spend my time, energy, and money on is sacred. Especially, when it comes to receiving…read moreservices from others. Let's be honest, everyone has dealt with Time Warner or the cellphone companies that consistently screw up your bill... and it is not fun. Leigh Anne Kennedy was recommended by my father in law when I mentioned looking to switch insurance companies. At first, Leigh Anne was responsive when receiving our information. Shortly after, I had to consistently ask her time and time again to send the quotes she promised, among other information. Once confirming quotes and receiving coverage, Leigh Anne disappeared. We asked for two weeks, through both phone and email, multiple times, for our coverage emailed to us. It took two weeks for her to send it and we were driving without proof of coverage that entire time. That was the first red flag. At the same time, the number we agreed and signed on changed. She did not communicate nor state in contract that we would be paying our premium that yes, saved us money, but cost more per month, in 9 months instead of 12. This was the deal breaker over switching companies. We preferred a lower monthly payment. This was communicated time and time again, along with many other areas she didn't pay attention to. I brought to her attention on multiple occasions the amounts we would pay monthly, and she agreed. However, that was a lie. It went from being $265 a month to over $315. From then on when I emailed or called again to speak of the lack of communication and issue. I read back emails confirming the amounts we were suppose to pay over twelve and not nine months to the the office manager. She heard my story and stated that the problem could be easily resolved by underwriting my policy again. Ironically, Leigh Anne just so happened to get on the call at the end Two weeks went by without the confirmation of the underwrite that was promised to us. I emailed Leigh Anne and she did not respond. I emailed again and she had that same co-worked respond to the email with a brief "we can't underwrite your loan". Terrible customer service and refusing to respond to the client who is giving you money... not cool. In addition to all of this, our home insurance was never billed to our bank. They had no idea that we switched insurance companies. Today, we lost our house coverage because Leigh Anne never did what she was suppose to. Another real bummer and major mistake on her part. So, I went on to switch agent and companies, as this company does not care about its customers. Sure, customers that don't ask questions or let whatever number is front of them be the amount they pay may enjoy her. Leigh Anne is hands off and all business. But when it comes to customer service and having empathy or even accountability, she is terrible. I do not recommend this company or her. As they didn't care or offer any solution to fix their wrong. Three months of dealing with this has left me emotionally exhausted and vulnerable. There is nothing worse than trusting someone with your property and it being only about numbers to them.
