Chase bank is probably the best large bank I've ever banked with. I have never had one charge to bank with them ever!! The customer service has always been far and above superior than even the little local Credit Union I used to bank with. I was met and greeted with a teller who was friendly and quick to handle my transactions. Also asked me if there was anything else I needed told me to have a nice weekend, all with a smile. Good job Chase.

She consistently displays a lack of warmth and tends to come across as dismissive, rude and arrogant. Most recently, I observed her raising her voice at a customer who seemed unfamiliar with standard banking procedures. I'm hoping that the management will address this and call the attention of this person.

The dealership made mistakes on completing this transaction to be financed throughTravis ,however I contacted Usha Reddy at the branch on Alamo and Peabody rd. and she was Awesome from start to finish. Not only did she correct the mistakes made by the dealership but, she contacted both the dealership and the other finance company to get things transferred over to Travis in a very timely manner. I've been a customer of Travis since the 70's and I must say that this was definitely one of the best customer service experiences that I have had. I've been told that she is no longer at that location but is still with the company. Her services will be greatly missed as this is my local branch in the area. Thank you, Richard Basden

I do not recommend Travis Credit Union at all and I will be switching

Always delighted with the "NOW HEAR THIS" yellow paper that comes with an auto loan, to sign and mail the promissory note before signing (with the seller) and giving them the check. A model of clarity, to me. Some in my family find banks, including NFCU, slightly intimidating. But they pay good interest and I can always get info by phone (computer voice) or on line. The woman with glasses at the front signing people in was very unfriendly, I could already tell it was busy post-holiday but she was not very welcoming. The waiting area was full, and over the course of an hour they continued to call people out of turn. I understand there are different tellers/associates who focus on different services/troubleshooting but me and two other groups who were there before me sat for a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes before being helped after numerous groups who came in after were already helped. When I was finally called, the associate had me at her desk for less than 30 seconds then sent me on my way. I feel as though they could handle working through the sign-in list a lot more efficiently as well as general guest service guidelines.

I was hoping to just ask about the process on the phone, but since no one answered, I made a trip over to ask in person, plus I had a check to deposit. Pulling into the parking lot, I see a security guard patrolling the outside which is nice to see they have security posted outside as a deterrent for criminals. I walked in and there was no line, just two families being served by the two tellers. They must be on a skeleton crew on the weekends. The wait was only a minute or two before I was able to be served. The female, Filipino teller was very friendly. She explained the procedure to order the Euros on the BofA app to me and told me it was the easiest way to exchange for foreign currency and that the currency can be shipped to me within 3 days for a small shipping fee and if over $1,000, can be shipped to the BofA location of choice to pick up. After depositing my check and all banking business was completed, she asked about my trip (there was no one waiting in line to be helped) and was genuinely interested in hearing about my plans. Overall, a great experience at this location that day. Only reason for 1 star off was because they didn't answer their phone when I called.
