Everyone I dealt with was helpful, informative, and made sure I understood exactly what I needed to do. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, which honestly felt almost unbelievable compared to what I was used to in California. Friendly staff, efficient process, and a much better experience than I expected from a DMV/DPS visit. Definitely 5 stars from me!

They took time to answer all of the questions and showed us around the fire house. They have 3 different kinds of trucks and an ambulance here and explained the differences of each one. And, of course, they showed and explained the tools in the trucks. The firemen had a little pow wow with the kids toward the end of the tour to talk about fire safety, fire escape plans and to show them what a fireman in full fire gear looks like. To top it off, they handed out stickers at the end. I was super impressed because they had enough people working at the station to answer a call in the middle of our tour, but yet have guys stick around and finish the tour. If you are looking for a fire station tour, I would definitely recommend these guys!

Cedar Park's library was buzzing on a Sunday, with very few parking spots available in the vicinity. As I walked inside to get my non-resident library card, the team working at the front desk was extremely helpful. After getting my card, I took the time to explore their space. Their communal work area in the lobby is basically like a coffee shop without the coffee. There's a kids' area separated by a door and a glass window, which I watched a kid smack right into on accident. Not important to the review, but funny! Upstairs is the endless rows of fiction and non-fiction books, with plenty of comfortable spaces to work and private rooms to get tasks done. Original forms, cards were returned to you, including a little booklet with the next steps in the process, and a customer satisfaction form to filled out and returned in the box on your way out. Which was very satisfactory in my case. Tried to get there earlier at 1:30, and the door was locked. I guess they're on a lunch break. And people need & deserve a break too! The door reads again (just like the received appointment letter), only to enter with appointment, and only 15 minutes prior. It had notes that USCIS staff are wearing masks, and for visitors it is optional (because of the 'green phase'). When checking you in, they did ask me to remove the mask to confirm my identity. Which I'm glad they did! The waiting area (which is basically first come - in line/checked in, first serve) had signs everywhere to NOT USE PHONES. Pretty standard for government centers.
