The service staff was pretty bad in general and acted like they were doing us a favor and pretty much went out of their way to ignore normal requests. This was booked on Expedia and looked to be a great spot based on 884 Trip Advisor reviews and 4.5 stars. Errrrr wrong. Room smells like cheese and is hot as balls. There is an "A/C" in the room but the control to use it is kept at the front desk and they'll bring it to you so you can use it, but it goes back with them. Well, after all that you find out it doesn't work any way but they'll bring you fans, but no outlets near the bed to plug them in. Furniture is filthy, old, and dirty. Spots on walls and doors. Pillows are a joke. Don't book.
