BEWARE!!!! You will get ripped off...and won't realize it until they hand you the bill. So, I brought my VW Passat there to get an alignment. After leaving it with the pathetic mechanics there for the entire day I was told by a 10 year old boy who was working the desk that my bill was over $100.00 I had no problem paying that, but the "manager" mentioned as he took my credit card that "there wasn't much they could do to my car." In other words my car did not get aligned! I was then informed that "there's something wrong with the front end" by one of the incompetent technician/gas pumper employees. So??? These patch wearing "certified" mechanics had my car all day and couldn't diagnose "the front end" issue and complete the necessary alignment? Really? Very disappointed with the service, or lack there of. How do people like the folks at Travelers Shell get away with such a scandalous approach to business? I've learned the hard way from this experience and hope you read this before it may happen to you. read more

I don't typically associate the word "honest" with a garage, however, I've come to trust this place. There have been multiple opportunities for them to charge me way more for something that I didn't need, when my problem was actually just a simple fix. Mark has always gone out of his way to explain things to me and answer all of my questions, and has never made me feel stupid or rushed. I try to do stuff on my own as much as possible, but when it's above my skill set, or particularly important, I trust that they won't screw me over. I've never had a bad experience here. read more

These guys are great. I couldn't really explain what was wrong with my car, aside from a noise, and they fixed it same day with no problem. Mark was great at explaining what the problem was and what I needed to do going forward, and the price was beyond reasonable. There's a reason so many people recommended I take my car there. Today I was an hour and 20 minutes away from home, for work. My car began to sputter and my check engine light came on. I contacted my neighbor who is a mechanic. He advised me to stop somewhere to get the code checked. I stopped in at O'Reilly Auto Parts. who then directed me to the Shell service station. Being this far from home I was a bit apprehensive about stopping into the shell. After being there for approximately 5 minutes all of my worries subsided. I explained the situation to them, they were very understanding. My vehicle was repaired and I was back on my way home within an hour. what a great team!!! I highly recommend this service station to anyone for anything. I would give them 100 Stars if I was able. Extremely inexpensive. read more

Beware!. Stopped in to by gas today and there card reader at the pump wasn't working, so I went inside to pay. The owner said he had to put in an amount before I could pump. I said no thanks and asked for my card back because I didn't want the excess put on hold for 3-4 days. And that's was bad for the consumer.Right after I left my wife calls me and say's Travelers Shell just charged my card $85 after I left the station. The owner waited for me to drive off and then put the charge on my card. Beware! Ripping of the consumer. Yes I will get the money back but really? Doing this to a local person or anyone is just wrong. read more
