Our honeymoon at Unico was great! We have very little if nothing to complain about! From the moment…read morewe arrived at the resort to the time we left we felt very welcome and taken care of! The resort was so beautiful! It was quiet and relaxing, but had enough options for us to not get bored. We are so glad you recommended the ocean view room! It was so nice to sit out on our balcony and listen to the waves or use the jacuzzi bathtub to relax! The room had a beautiful interior with a nice shower and double sinks for us to use and get ready! The bed was super comfortable also. We loved having room service deliver us breakfast at our dinner table! We always felt the room was cleaned well after the maids came and the turn down service was a hit with the chocolates they provided along with the service! We absolutely loved the restaurant options they have at Unico! We were able to have dinner at all four with our favorite being Muras, the Japanese restaurant! The portion sizes were the perfect size allowing us to get appetizers to share, a main dish, and dessert at all of them! The waiter and waitresses were always so nice and provided great service! My wife even had them provide a birthday dessert and small presentation! The food by the pool and room service were also really delicious! We can't say enough about the food and drinks! We miss it all! The spa was so relaxing! We did a couples massage the last full day at Unico and it did not disappoint! They made us feel so relaxed and treated all our knots! We loved it and would recommend it to others if they think the price is too high to ask about it when they get there. We paid a 1/4 of the price when we talked to the vacation works folks! It was a great decision! The only disappointment we had was our parasailing and banana boating was cancelled due to ocean conditions. We know there was nothing the hotel or excursion folks could do so that isn't really a knock on the resort or anyone! So if we could we would try to schedule it earlier in the trip to allow for a reschedule. We were able to do the ziplining, cave snorkeling, and four-wheeling! This was another great time! We would recommend others take a look at this excursion because it is very well put together! There was not a lot of wasted time between activities, so you get to enjoy a lot of things and get back to the hotel to soak up some sun at the end of the day before your dinner! We even made some pretty great friends doing these activities! We did not have any problems with the COVID testing. It was smooth and very quick to get done. Other than having to worry about the problems that would happen if we tested positive it did not affect our trip. The travel from the airport to the hotel and back was very smooth by Lomas. The directions Teresa provided us were great and helped us avoid wasting time with the booth people on our way out! Our flights all went great and we had no delays! The trip overall went really great! The resort was awesome and they even provided a personal assistant for each couple to allow you to ask for help with scheduling items at the hotel or anything you needed! A big plus for us! We really appreciate Teresa's advice setting this trip up! Everything was so nice and smooth with the trip allowing us to relax and enjoy our honeymoon! We really look forward to scheduling our next trip with Teresa and seeing where we go!

I was told the limo ride comes with ice and bottled water and that the driver would arrive 10 minutes prior to our designated pickup time. The driver was fantastic, arrived early, was very nice and got us to our destination on time. He did the same for the ride home. The hummer h2 itself was not equipped with any glasses, ice or water. The carpet was dirty. They advertised that it seats close to 18 but our group of 12 were squashed. It would have been nice to be given instructions on how to use the tv or music but nothing was written inside. Looking at my receipt I was charged for an 18 passenger but got a 14 passenger. When I got out I asked about the water and the driver said it was inside in the cooler. When we finished up, we went back into the limo and there was nothing. Be sure to check what your getting. Update: I have 12 witnesses who will agree that there was no water in that limo. I'm not sure why this company would flat out lie.

What a great day!! We learned so much history of the area and found tons of fossils and several…read moreshark teeth. Our group of 11 ranged in age from 5-79 and everyone enjoyed it! Paul knows his stuff and is so willing to share that knowledge. Tip: Each person should pack their own ziplock bags & drinks in a small backpack and carry it with them. We were not all together most of the time so having 1 backpack for family wasn't convenient. Also, pretty obvious, but a backpack is much more sensible than a bag with handles when you are searching for shark teeth and fossils and need to use your hands. It was a great day & it really sparked some curiosity about not only the shark teeth but also the geology and oceanography!

I actually got sick two days before we were to leave - and we had to cancel the whole trip and rebook it. Brett handled everything and rescheduled it all. I can't imagine how we would've handled that on our own - his relationships with our hotels and organized activities is the only reason we were able to rebook without being charged for all the cancellation fees. Our hotels, private transfers, tours, and restaurant reservations were all 10/10 and absolutely perfect for us! I will not take another big trip without Brett handling it! Another really helpful tool was their app that had all our reservations in one place, including flights, transfers, activities, and dinner reservations. It made it SO much easier to keep everything organized. I am not a high-tech person and even I found it very easy and helpful to use! It is a must.
