There is no such thing as a free lunch. I went yesterday (1/13/2021). I got a call to attend the presentation on Tuesday (1/12). I was told I would receive 2 RT airline tickets to anywhere in the contiguous US (not Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico). Then I was told that if I attended Wed or Thur, they would also throw in 2 free nights in a 5 star hotel. I had one year to use both. They said that if I didn't want the airline tix, I could choose airpods, an android tablet, or a smart watch. When I said my wife could come, they said she would get a $100 restaurant discount card for attending. I have attended a bunch of these pitches in the past and there are always gimmicks and limitations, but this one was the first where I got absolutely nothing of value. None of the prizes above is as described and each of them requires you to pay something MORE to use. First, the airline and hotel are not separate. They are a package deal and good only on weekdays. If you stay longer than 2 nights, you must pay the regular rate for the hotel you are at. No, you can't check out and get a different hotel. You will be charged the regular rate at the hotel (even if you check out and use a different hotel or a friend's house) until your return flight. There is a $50 booking fee, plus air and hotel taxes. If you choose one of the devices, you don't leave the presentation with it. Instead, you get a coupon to take online and select your gift, for which you are charged a "small" shipping and handling fee. The "airpods" shown on the coupon were the same ones we bought our daughter for $10 recently. I assume the shipping and handling fee will cover that. The restaurant card requires you to sign up for a restaurant club with a $25 monthly fee in order to use. Like I said, no free lunch! Now I feel I was scammed in order to attend. Luckily, I live within 10 miles of the place so no big loss. If you are attending for the prizes, I wouldn't recommend it. The product wasn't right for us, but it may be for you. If you sign up, you can get a couple cheap trips (cruise and Mexico resort) as a bonus. Maybe that works for you and you can attend and find out. But don't expect anything of value for attending. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I was charged for services that were never clearly delivered, and the value provided did not match what was promised. Communication was unclear from the start, and I felt misled about what I would actually receive. Despite making payment, there was little to no tangible service provided, and my attempts to get clarification or resolution were frustrating and unproductive. Transparency is extremely important when dealing with travel-related services, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company ask very detailed questions upfront and get everything in writing before making any payment. I was suppose to receive a "free" 7 day cruise to Alaska including airfare and because they lied about the location of the "free" rooms (under the water where we would hear the water sloshing on the boat) they offered an upgrade for $1742.97 we paid (in addition to the required $738 for taxes and fees, they said) and not being cruise savvy we had not idea that there are no cabins below the water and that during the time we went that's about what it costs for the type of room we would get. Of course we didn't know any of this until we were on the ship. I called Travel Transparency to try to see if I had any recourse and spoke with Marcy who was very rude and said "...well there's nothing I can do since you've already taking the trip, you should have called me sooner...". This place is a complete scam. Run away from this place! We got hooked into coming here to get two round trip tickets. It's all a complete scam. They showed us a video display, where the numbers did not add up. It was a "DEMO" website that was completely fake. It was $50 to activate the vouchers. And then for the round trip tickets you had to pay an extra $395!!! WHAT?!! We tried to use our dining vouchers and they made us pay to activate also. Also then we got to the restaurant And they wouldn't take our vouchers at all! This is far from TRANSPARENCY!! Stay Away. It's all a scam. Still a SCAM. The cruise could not be booked because it was sold out. It was sold out because they do not confirm the booking until one week before the cruise is scheduled to sail. This company is constantly trying to get me to sign up, calling from all kinds of numbers. I paid for a life membership and I have been unable to travel. Medical problems. I have numbers they gave me to membership services written all over the the renewal notice I was sent. I called on Friday morning to deactivate my account. Did not use ever, including the so called free gifts I received. Now, they claim that when I called, they renewed? They have sent me to a never ending loop of numbers that prompt me back to the first number. They can't function unless it is to book a reservation or to charge a renewal. This is a scam!!!!!!! This sounds like a scam. I just received an unsolicited cold call from someone who was obviously in a call center. Their phone connection wasn't too great, it dropped a few times the "representative" was mid-sentence. Basically, there is a "new company" opening up in Granite Bay. In exchange for watching a 90 minute presentation, I'll win two, free airline tickets to anywhere (good for a year). It's mid-October and I see reviews from May 2019. I don't think this is a "new company opening in Granite Bay." This seems like the typical "you won a cruise!" scam where the "tickets are free" but you have to "pay for the taxes and fees" blah blah blah, equals like, $300. Granite Bay area code is also 916. This dude called from a 760 area. Save your time, friend. This seems like a scam to 1) get your info and 2) get your money. read more

SCAM- I got a call from this group. From the very start was pretty sure it was scam. Two guys with Indian accents. Not familiar with American terms in a social environment. I have worked in the business field for more than 20 years, have worked with overseas companies including Indian. Know who does and does not work work with America business and clients. Also checked with BBB and the a group for less than a year when they claimed more than 20 years. Read through the reviews and it's obvious it's a scam. And the phone number that called me was not a real phone number. There are systems that a person can use to get the phone number appear to be local to where they are call but not real. I got a call from "James," some dude with a heavy Indian accent. The number? Originates from Gowanda, NY (most likely spoofed). The second call? Dunkirk, NY (again, likely spoofed). He started off by asking if I remembered filling out an application at a shopping center (or something of that nature). Obviously, I didn't, but I said yes anyways, thinking it was a scam. He then told me what "giveaway" this is and continued on to "confirm" some information on me with the following kinds of questions: "I think you are probably between the age of 28 and 65." "I think you are probably married or cohab." "I think you are probably making around 65K a year." Then he transferred me to his supervisor (who had less of an accent), who proceeded to reiterate what the "giveaway" was for and how the "taxes and fees" are not covered. Then proceeded to try and book me for a time slot and retrieve personal information. All-in-all, this doesn't seem to be the most trustworthy agency. It's either a scam or a MLM and I'm not interested in either. TL;DR - Probably a scam or MLM. They aren't trustworthy. read more

Scam alert!! Like another reviewer, I received a call from Kevin and later in the call spoke with his "supervisor" who had suspiciously the exact same voice and accent as Kevin. The phone number they called from showed on my phone as a local number. They gave the pitch saying I'd won some drawing. They said my spouse and I would need to come to the award center in Granite Bay to scratch off a card and collect our prize. I figured this was a scam from the start but figured the longer I stayed on the phone, the less time they had to scam someone else. So I asked who would be at the Granite Bay center and if that's where he was calling from. He laughed and said yes, yes ma'am, that's our business. I confirmed he was calling from Granite Bay, a place I'm very familiar with. When he confirmed, I asked him the name of the big church in Granite Bay. It's a huge church and if you're in Granite Bay, you'd know about it. He tried to redirect to info about his company, but I asked again if he knew the church. At that point he said he was calling from headquarters in Florida. Right. From a phone number local to me in California. By the way, although they said we'd won a drawing, they didn't know my name. Please, everyone, don't let your hopes of winning something overtake your common sense and reason. Think, ask questions and consider if what's happening adds up. read more

My wife and I went to a presentation a few weeks ago. I was a bit sceptic but my wife encouraged me (happy wife happy life). I'm now glad she did. The presentation was very informative. The staff very friendly. We tested their system by requesting accommodations for Newport Beach Ca this summer. I was amazed they were able to find us accommodations at a Marriott at over half off regular rate. I didn't feel like joining so I got more specific and requested my stay during Easter Week. But after I came back with a firm "I just can't today.
