He did it in a very kind and educating way. I also found him to be extremely responsive and thorough in his replies. When we were on our way, we were going to miss a connection and he called us having monitored our flight and offered his help with rebooking. Based on this experience, I wanted to do a land trip in Cuba with my 92 year old mom. I knew Cuba would be difficult given the restrictions for American visitors and my mom's age. He connected us with several agencies that specialize in Cuban travel. Whenever I had questions, concerns or issues, I contacted Jeff and he got answers for me immediately.
