My husband and I gave him a rough itinerary of our plans, and he was able to find us a cruise, several very nice hotels at a good price in some of the best locations in each city we stayed, and very convenient flights to and from our destinations. He handled all of the back-end work and provided us with a packet with all of our confirmation numbers, hotel addresses and vouchers, and itineraries. The honeymoon logistics couldn't have been any easier! I highly recommend Greg and Daydream Travel. We will definitely work with him again in the future.

We stayed at Secrets Akumal, Riveria Maya about an hour south of Cancun where we got to swim with sea turtles right off the resort beach!! It was the most amazing trip ever!! And thanks to Amy I had my first ever pedicure too! Sending all of our documents in a cute little travel pouch was very hand too. We used it on the whole trip to keep everything in.

I love that this business provides value to clients by making recommendations for local fare, "must-sees" and things that keep a traveler safe. They briefly check in during travel to ensure that all is well. Given the challenges that we face across the globe, e.g, high fuel prices, flight cancellations, layovers etc., it is comforting to work with this business to keep surprises to a minimum, while planing activities to create memories. The benefit of working with this team is that you feel supported, whether traveling with a group or solo. The Destination Specialist ensures that travel is an opportunity for yet another adventure, which I appreciate immensely.

She coordinated transportation from the Punta Cana airport to the resort (and back when we left). She made reservations for spas, manicures, pedicures, beach cabanas, hair appointments; and stayed on top of the many changes the women in my family made (all the way up to the week of travel). I've called, emailed, and left messages on her voice mail, and in each case she responded within 24 hours. I've personally spoken with her concerning this trip and a misunderstanding "I" had with our travel plans. She called me and apologized for the misunderstanding, when in actuality it was my fault. My girlfriend & I wanted to have a fun and adult oriented trip to Disney World as it was only going to be for us, a couple of 26 year olds and no kids. Initially we thought a Disney Resort would be great to get the full experience but Kathy recommended a property that was still on Disney property but not a Disney resort. She couldn't have picked a better place for us to relax as adults but still be close to everything Disney! We stayed at the Wyndham Bonnet Creek! Kathy gave us an amazing rate and the resort was beautiful! She then helped from the beginning to end with how to plan for our Disney portions of the trip, from helping with the Disney Experience app, which I have to tell you is a LIFESAVER when it comes to being at the parks each day, as well as assisting with the process of receiving our tickets and starting all of our plans. Kathy also sent me an entire folder with all the information I needed regarding our flights, reservations, and park tickets.
