And the atmosphere at nighttime is magic. I would recommend to try the cocktail "Criatallo", a huge cocktail that is extremely good to start a fun night out. I'll go back to this place soon!

We opted to split some ham to start. And it was really quite a nice ham. Next, we had a pasta course. I had a spicy gorgonzola macaroni and my partner ordered the truffle pasta. Both of them were really top notch. The truffle pasta was buttery and subtle with truffle. The macaroni was powerful, spicy and fully of an amazing taste of gorgonzola. For mains I had rabbit with polenta and my partner ordered a steak. They were both perfectly cooked. My rabbit had an amazing flavor and the polenta was perfect (and I usually am not a fan of polenta). I ate everything. We even opted to have a bit of dessert and it was a nice vanilla cream dessert. There were also a couple of very nice wines we had. The service was great, and they bread was replenished when we were finished (Even though there was quite a bit in the basket they brought back). It was definitely at the top of my list of restaurants we went to in the area.

We found this place and thought pizza sounded great, so we went for it. The server was really friendly, and like many tourist towns, he seem to speak every language in Europe. After starting with Italian and moving into German, he finally settled on English for us (although he tried a bit of French later as well). We both got the beef carpaccio with truffle and shaved parmesan (because truffle) and a pizza with a spicy sausage and blue cheese (that's each because we're crazy and order the same things). So the carpaccio was really delicious. Thinly sliced, melt in your mouth with plenty of truffles and cheese. The pizzas were also really amazing as the gorgonzola really went with the spicy sausage. We then opted to get a glass of grappa at the end (as you do), and they brought out the longest bottle known to man to pour into our tiny glasses. He accidentally poured way too much into my partner's glass, so I think we got more than we should have. And it turned out to be only 5 Euros a glass, so we got a great deal. It's definitely a bit touristy, but well worth the shenanigans to get a great pizza meal with some great service.

Well, it was very hot evening, but this is certainly not anyone's fault... Wines were also great, nice variety and off the beaten path selections. Meat dishes, especially beef, are amazing! Both pasta dishes were a little underwhelming, the flavours weren't the best but the pasta itself was well cooked. We felt a little rushed to leave but the staff were always friendly. I think this place would definitely be better in the high season.
