So a dried out pizza with undercooked crust in the middle. This pizza would've been a one star rating. The first time we ate in the restaurant and were the first people in the restaurant for lunch to order pizza. Again, for the style it was an excellent pizza. The second time we ordered in the late afternoon takeout so that we could bring it back to our condo before the evening show at Chautauqua. My guess is the second time the oven was much hotter, so they could accommodate turning more pizzas more quickly. This made their product inferior by cooking it at too high of a temperature. The restaurant really needs to look for quality control, and consistency. Based on the number of good restaurants in the area, or more like lack there of, if they were more consistent, they could dominate the market.
