The entire purpose of paying such a significant startup fee and committing to a yearly contract is the consistency of monthly preventative maintenance. When I called customer service, they minimized my concerns instead of addressing the missed appointments or offering a meaningful solution. The product itself proved effective, which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately, the high startup cost, failure to honor the agreed-upon service schedule, and poor customer service make it difficult to recommend this company.
