My only constructive criticism would be that I prefer Huevos rancheros with more tomatillo sauce - it came with sauce under the crisp tortilla instead of over the shredded pork so I was hoping for more sauce - thought the flavor was there. I also added a couple of scoops of hash browns into the mix, because when you have perfect hash browns why would you not add them!

The chia seeds were dry rather than fully hydrated, and consuming dry chia seeds on their own is generally discouraged because they absorb liquid after being eaten. One final suggestion: please include menu prices on your website. It makes it much easier for customers to decide before visiting.
