I took it upon myself to remove the legs of the old dishwasher and begin to pull it out myself. They called their dispatcher who told them that the installation would need to be rescheduled because they had to make other deliveries. I called and left multiple voicemails over a 2-day period to have my old dishwasher picked up but did not receive any calls back.
