Unfortunately, this company has none.

I have called customer service, but it seems that FedEx doesn't really care. I will choose UPS over FedEx EVERY time. I have had MANY delivery issues with Fedex over the years, but NEVER with UPS, and I have started requesting that Amazon use UPS for all that I order because of it. There were two technicians looked at the old dishwasher and told me that I would need to have the hardwood in the kitchen removed before they could pull out the dishwasher and that the installation would need to be rescheduled. They called their dispatcher who told them that the installation would need to be rescheduled because they had to make other deliveries. I called and left multiple voicemails over a 2-day period to have my old dishwasher picked up but did not receive any calls back.
