They didn't plug in any computers to read codes. Instead they took it on a test drive where they were flooring the gas pedal then slamming on the brakes over and over again. I said no thank you and took it to another shop where they did actually try to find an issue instead of creating one. These guys didn't even pop the hood and were already quoting me over 4k. I was driving on loose nuts and my whole alignment was messed up because of it. I took it back here to Young's to get the issue addressed and resolved at the suggestion of the other shop. Although i was helped right away and the person who worked on my car was super apologetic, the service i got was still pretty disappointing. I asked for the printout (even though i should have been offered one) and it doesn't look fully aligned. Idk.
