My mother with dementia ended up going to an emergency room, and then immediately to a memory care facility. Regardless of the fact that we did not see this coming, extended family home care continued to bill for 2 weeks worth of services which was about 1,200+ only because they were not notified of cancelling services. We had two other home care agencies providing services and neither one of them had this unethical billing policy. On top of that, some of the caregivers did not seem to provide quality care. And also had inconsistent caregiving services, with some cancelling last minute or did not even had the right skill level to care for my mother.

Early on, there was one caregiver who wasn't very motivated but when this was brought to management's attention, a different caregiver was sent and she was much better. Others are great but Rhonnie and team are exceptional!. The service they provide is above and beyond, there is no comparison to Rhonnie and her team.
