My mother with dementia ended up going to an emergency room, and then immediately to a memory care facility. Regardless of the fact that we did not see this coming, extended family home care continued to bill for 2 weeks worth of services which was about 1,200+ only because they were not notified of cancelling services. We had two other home care agencies providing services and neither one of them had this unethical billing policy. On top of that, some of the caregivers did not seem to provide quality care. And also had inconsistent caregiving services, with some cancelling last minute or did not even had the right skill level to care for my mother.

They are money hungry and pay caregivers so low it's not close to a livable wage. They let…read moreemployees go with no notice. The owners don't have to see the caregivers face they are just a number. So you can be the best caregiver in the world and they preach that's what they are about. This service is extremely important to me, since my dog has a medical condition that can trigger a life-threatening crisis quickly. Aside from just needing to let her out regularly, I need someone to check on her throughout the day to make sure everything is OK. I commute a fair distance, so the regularity, quality, and reliability of this care for my dog is extremely important for me. For the last several months, Errand Service Biz has done an outstanding job providing this critical service for me. They are reliable beyond question. One of her employees is always here, like clockwork, when they're scheduled to walk the dog and give her some TLC. They give me updates, including excellent pictures, many of which are some of the best pictures I have of the pets. There's enormous stability in who walks her, so I don't have to worry that there's someone who doesn't know my dog and her issues (including the warning signs of an episode).
