AVOID!!! I booked this just a couple of days ago and unexpectedly had to change plans. They informed me then I was now 19 days away and they have to charge me 10% fee for not being within 22 days as that is their policy even though I had booked the trip only 3 days before. Any company this rude and that makes you go through this many hoops just to cancel a reservation is not someone I ever want to do support! They need to improve their customer service and I certainly will NEVER book with them in the future!!!
