Diane was our driver and she did a wonderful job even though we had a few hiccups along the way…read more(none of which were her fault). She drove my husband and I to the airport from Rockford to Chicago in a limo to start our honeymoon off right! She was a little late due to a terrible car accident on our road that caused traffic to be diverted. When she arrived she was apologetic for her tardiness (it was only about 10-15 minutes), she was friendly and attentive; grabbing our bags and showing us how to use the buttons in the back of the limo. The diverted traffic caused us to take a different route that added extra time and made us nervous we might be late getting to our flight. However, Diane drove safely and made good time getting us to the airport! Two weeks later on our return drive Diane picked us up in a sedan. Que hiccup number 2; one of our bags was missing. Diane waited as long as she could (She had a wedding to get to) for us to figure out what happened to our bag and what we were going to do. I ended up having to leave my husband at the airport to get my bag and take a crappy bus back to Rockford while I enjoyed the nice car ride solo. Not how I wanted to end our amazing honeymoon. However, again Diane was helpful, friendly, and we joked about my terrible luck. She drove safe and we chatted the whole way back. I was pretty upset about the situation, but she made the drive home not so terrible and lonely. Thank you! Overall, I had a great experience with limo of Rockford. The prices were good, our driver was wonderful, and the bottle of champagne they promised was waiting for my husband and I to start celebrating as soon as we got in the limo. I would definitely recomend them to my friends and family, and will use them again in the future should I need a limo/driver again!
