The first couple of times seemed fine. But on the third visit, there was a mistake from the insurance company and my son was accidently dropped. We got it reactivated and back dated in minutes, but they were unwilling to bill it out in order to give the system time to process. So I had to pay $105 the same as if I were uninsured or else they wouldn't give care for my son and I'd have to pay a cancelation fee on our next visit. I objected and was told to call their billing department... no one answers, which is a thyme with this company. With the possibility of cancelation and my kid's discomfort not being addressed, I grudgingly agreed to pay the $105 and try to recover the difference from my insurance on the back end. My son needed a follow up for today because the eczema got worse. I couldn't go, but my wife went and they charged her additional costs from the previous appointments, even though the insurance is corrected in their system now and they charged her $75 for the copay, when it is supposed to be $50. I was blown away when she told me, but her English isn't good and all she knows is her baby's hurting and they demanded $130. Because her English not good, I was on Facetime during the appointment and the doctor agreed that our cost should only be $50. I had her put me on the phone with the desk administrators after the appointment and they would not listen and just told us to calling billing, even though they agreed with me on the last appointment when I told them no one answers. They also would not talk with the doctor. They are heartless and don't care if they over bill you, not their problem. Also I have not seen any improvement in our baby's skin and we have done everything possible from our side. Miserable experience. I booked a different doctor a few minutes ago. I'm never going back.
