My therapist took the time to ask about my tension areas and actually listened--then tailored the session perfectly. It was firm without being overwhelming, and they found knots I didn't even know I had. I left feeling lighter, looser, and noticeably more relaxed. Even the next day, my shoulders and lower back felt significantly better. If you're looking for a deep tissue massage that actually gets results and not just a light rub-down, I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back!

The relaxation room was cute, but I imagine that it would have been a different vibe if more people were in it. It set the tone for the evening. I was happy to see that they offered hot tea in addition to water and champagne. I got the 50 minute fire and ice facial. It was so relaxing and included a shoulder massage. I loved the cooling effect of the ice portion. It really calmed my skin. Melissa, my esthetician was personable and knowledgeable. She created a relaxing experience. The only issue I had was a misunderstanding about the tip at the front desk. My friend wanted to pay it, but it was charged to my card.

Was ecstatic to find this spa just a few blocks from my Airbnb. Wonderful little bed and breakfast, kinda wish I had stayed there lol. I got the blended fusion massage with hot stone and it was absolutely wonderful! I actually fell asleep during the massage which legit NEVER happens so you know it had to be extra good! After I was checking out, the woman at the desk showed me around the building a little bit and it was so adorable with some awesome amenities (omg that KITCHEN!). My therapist and everyone else I interacted with here were just lovely. I am definitely going to look into staying on site the next time I am in Nola!

I will be returning for 2 more wraps for maximum results. **Im traveling for work so I was unable to choose my hotel accommodations but if you like the Intimacy of a bed & breakfast I absolutely recommend Serenity in the Marigny as a place to stay!

Spent over 30 minutes on the phone trying to fix their mistake, including being offered a "comped" massage--even though I had already booked a massage and a pedicure. After finally agreeing on a new time, the confirmation came through incorrectly again. When I called back, I was told that option didn't work either. At that point, I canceled. Multiple errors, poor communication, and zero sense of hospitality. If you want a smooth, relaxing spa experience, look elsewhere. Ritz-Carlton is consistently better.

My massage was not as deep as I wished but it was relaxing. There is an area that you can relax between treatments where you can hang out. They had little tea sandwiches, tea and cookies. You can also use the pool while you're there and that is wonderful! We wore our spa robes and sat on the deck since it was a little cold. In the women's bathroom there are a lot of fancy hair products which I appreciated. Overall though, I will probably try somewhere else the next time we want a fancy spa day.

I've been to this spa many times over the years & recently noticed the skin & hair care products. Upon checking in you get a private locker to put your belongings. Next, you can sit in the waiting area until your masseuse comes to escort you to the massage room. It was relaxing white noise playing with dim lighting. Megan did a great job on my deep tissue massage. She wasn't too rough & let me chill while asking if I needed anything. I was given a complimentary mimosa afterwards, which I drank in the dry sauna. The reception team was absolutely amazing and fantastic. The massage therapist herself is why I rated it two stars. This was probably the worst massage I've ever had. She was nice but I'm not sure she's experienced or was not happy with a 24 hour notice for a massage. Her hands were calloused and rough. She kept whispering to herself the entire time. That was interesting and distracting. She didn't focus on getting the knots out. I have had plenty of massages and know my stuff. This therapist didn't introduce herself so not sure who I had but it wasn't great. I know she could feel the knots as she would hesitate and then move on. Pretty disappointed in my experience. The reception staff was the best.
