HOWEVER, I know that these are hair stylists in training but I guess I just didn't know how long to expect to be there. My haircut was a little uneven so the supervisor fixed it up for me. While I was in the shopping center today, I came outside to find a vehicle parked extremely close to mine, leaving very little room for me to safely access my car and remove it from the parking space. The salon was politely asked if the vehicle could simply be moved or repositioned. Unfortunately, the response was dismissive and far less courteous than I would expect from anyone representing a business. There was no reason for such a simple and respectful request to turn into an uncomfortable interaction. The situation could have been handled calmly and resolved in less than two minutes. What made it even more disappointing was that this took place in front of paying customers. When you represent a business, the way you communicate with people matters just as much as the service you provide. The car was ultimately never moved. This was a small Kia, and repositioning it would have taken very little effort and immediately resolved the issue. Instead, a very simple situation became unnecessarily difficult. Nobody was asking for special treatment. The request was simply for enough space to safely access my vehicle and remove it from the parking space without risking damage to either car. When you operate a business in a shared shopping center, everyone you encounter should be treated with the same basic level of respect and professionalism, regardless of whether they are currently a paying customer. Anyone in that shopping center could be a future customer, referral, or supporter of your business. Whoever owns or manages this business should consider providing additional customer-service training to the staff, particularly around communication and handling minor situations professionally. Basic courtesy and respectful communication can go a long way and can easily prevent situations like this from becoming negative experiences. A two-minute act of courtesy could have prevented this entire situation. Professionalism is not only about how you treat someone while they are sitting in your chair,it is also reflected in how you treat people in everyday interactions. Based on my experience today, I hope this is something the business chooses to improve moving forward.

A site I have never visited and never needed to visit because I always made my appointments prior to leaving her salon. I went to the site (it is a second party site) and it is embedded in a long description of this and that. It does not address specifically her are any of the other stylist charge for cancellation. This will not stand in a court. I compare it to me placing my policy of decducting $5.00 for every 5 minutes I wait for service at my scheduled appointment on my sister's Facebook page If she truly wanted her customers to be aware of her policy, why not post them in the salon? Further, at least show some common courtesy and allow the customer to get through her emergency issue before addressing her. Her skills are decent however not to the extent whereas she can not be easily replaced. In conclusion she lost an estimated $540 (including tips) in the next 3 months for a hypothetically $25
