(The night school does not start appointments until 5:30pm btw) I was shampooed and then seated for my haircut. The haircut and style took about 2.5 hours, which is a very long time for what I was getting. HOWEVER, I know that these are hair stylists in training but I guess I just didn't know how long to expect to be there. My haircut was a little uneven so the supervisor fixed it up for me. It isn't perfect now but it is pretty decent. I'm not sure I would go back just because of how long it took.

I went to the site (it is a second party site) and it is embedded in a long description of this and that. It does not address specifically her are any of the other stylist charge for cancellation. This will not stand in a court. I compare it to me placing my policy of decducting $5.00 for every 5 minutes I wait for service at my scheduled appointment on my sister's Facebook page If she truly wanted her customers to be aware of her policy, why not post them in the salon? Further, at least show some common courtesy and allow the customer to get through her emergency issue before addressing her. Her skills are decent however not to the extent whereas she can not be easily replaced. In conclusion she lost an estimated $540 (including tips) in the next 3 months for a hypothetically $25

Bookings are online or phone call, parking spots are across at Einstein's (I learned the hard way today and parked in the big lot next to Sprint and had to pay an event fare) and Starbucks is up the block if you need a coffee/tea although the staff here will gladly pour you a mimosa.
