All prices are discussed at the consultation (which is free) and you are in charge of the shape, colour, etc, of your eyebrows. Just had my yearly top up and would recommend Linda to anyone.

SCAM AND HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Do NOT buy the…read moreGroupon voucher for semi-permanent eyebrows (£99). I bought this in good faith and waited weeks for an appointment, which was last night. Went in, had the numbing cream put on and then was presented with the usual medical paperwork and terms and conditions to sign. It was at this point I noticed that it said I MUST purchase a top-up. I've been getting my brows done for 6 years now. I get them done once a year without top-ups and I am always happy with he results. I told Linda I did not require a top-up and showed her the Groupon voucher which says nothing about this being obligatory. The wording on the voucher says '£50 surcharge to top-up'. This suggests that it is not essential. Linda said this was a mistake. She then went on to say that she couldn't possibly do my brows as she would 'only make about thirty quid'. I am absolutely disgusted. What appalling customer service. Never seen anything like it. So, because I was mis-sold a service and mis-led as a customer, I get the raw deal? The groupon voucher still has the same wording now, so be careful ladies! I felt completely duped last night. Don't get stung like I did! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Awful! Beware of this clinic. I signed up for pain free laser hair removal. Firstly, it was not…read morepain free. Secondly, they burnt me and when I told them I was promised a call from a manager which never came. Out of 8 visits, 5 of my appointments were either cancelled or they ran late. On one visit I was left in a cold waiting room for almost an hour with no explanation, apology or offer of a drink. Perhaps I would overlook this if there was a reduction in growth but I noticed no difference. Treatments are mainly carried out by technicians who have hardly any qualifications. Also beware this dodgy clinic regularly changes it name making it difficult to get current reviews. If you search under sculpta you will find more.

HORRIBLE! I got a bought a voucher from Wowcher or Groupon for IPL at this clinic. First of all it…read morewas a nightmare trying to get them on the phone to actually book an appointment, they cancelled my appointment without any notice and pretended it was my mistake not theirs. When I got there it was hard to get through the door and confusing to find the room as it wasn't even labelled. They refused to do the area which I paid for and said that I'm wrong I would have to pay extra to get done what I wanted to so I left feeling really annoyed. After I complained they did eventually listen to me but as usual it was very difficult for me to get them on the phone. When I asked them to book another appointment after mines they refused and said that I will have to call them up as their system is down. Since then I've still not been able to get them on the phone for my 3rd appointment it's been months now. They seem very dodgy I wouldn't ever recommend them! Apparently they have moved to a different location now.

I 'inherited' this medical practice as my own on moving to Edinburgh with my family. This was the…read morefamily doctors my wife went to when growing up here and so it made sense we make it my families own. I'm not too sure how you can review a medical practice so will attempt to focus and highlight the main things one looks for when visiting a doctor. So here we go... 1. Ease of making an appointment - pretty good. On average there are between 4-7 doctors available each day and although we now see one if them as the family doctor, should we not be able to get a timely enough appointment, We've always managed to see one of the others the very next day. 2. Waiting time once there - very good. Only ever waited a max. of 10 mins after the allotted appointment time. 3. The doctors themselves - this is an obvious statement, but each doctor to their own! They all appear caring, knowledgeable and attentive....and most importantly, capable! In all our experiences in attending this centre, they have been positive and timely. Not that We are keen to make a habit of lobbing here, but when we do I know we'll be looked after.

The West End Medical Practice is an NHS practice located on Chester Street in the heart of…read moreEdinburgh's West End. The practice has several doctors and as I am not too fussy so long as a doctor listens to me, I have seen all the doctors who work here and have been impressed with all of them. The practice also has two nurses on duty who are very friendly and professional. I recently had cause to use the nurse on a regular basis to have dressings changed following an accident and they made a painful and distressing experience one that was actually bearable. The practice also has a Diabetes Clinic which operates every week and ensures those who have diabetes are seen regularly without having to go to hospital. My only complaint about the practice is sometimes it can be nigh on impossible to get through to them on the phone. This isn't too much of a problem for me as I live close by and can go to reception to make an appointment but if you need a doctor's appointment in a hurry and cannot do this it can be quite frustrating. Also, the surgeries are held in the basement of the building, which means people with mobility problems struggle to get to see a doctor. Some surgeries are held on the ground level but there are still stairs at the front entrance. Overall however this is a good practice and I have been very impressed with the service the staff provide.
