Secondly, they burnt me and when I told them I was promised a call from a manager which never came. Out of 8 visits, 5 of my appointments were either cancelled or they ran late. On one visit I was left in a cold waiting room for almost an hour with no explanation, apology or offer of a drink. Perhaps I would overlook this if there was a reduction in growth but I noticed no difference. Treatments are mainly carried out by technicians who have hardly any qualifications. Also beware this dodgy clinic regularly changes it name making it difficult to get current reviews. If you search under sculpta you will find more.

First of all it…read morewas a nightmare trying to get them on the phone to actually book an appointment, they cancelled my appointment without any notice and pretended it was my mistake not theirs. When I got there it was hard to get through the door and confusing to find the room as it wasn't even labelled. They refused to do the area which I paid for and said that I'm wrong I would have to pay extra to get done what I wanted to so I left feeling really annoyed. After I complained they did eventually listen to me but as usual it was very difficult for me to get them on the phone. When I asked them to book another appointment after mines they refused and said that I will have to call them up as their system is down. Since then I've still not been able to get them on the phone for my 3rd appointment it's been months now. They seem very dodgy I wouldn't ever recommend them! Apparently they have moved to a different location now.

They are amazing people. Diana, the coordinator who worked with me, is so friendly and sweet, and we chatted about all kinds of things. Dr Rochira was the best of all the doctors I went to see about breast augmentation. His way is to have things look more natural, which is exactly what I wanted. Big, but not too big. Borderline to the question 'are those real?' Natural shape and extra perky. The nurse was the most charming and lovely person I've met. She is this godmother type, someone I wish I got to know in life. They prepped me well, and I got to get into surgery within a month. I went to Stirling, by train, and they had a wonderful driver in a plush Mercedes pick me up. The hospital staff were soo helpful- I did bring some special american-style sugar cookies, to butter them up. It worked, or they were naturally sweet. Anyway, they helped me when I asked, and left me alone to rest otherwise. They gave me plenty of drugs, and poured water for me, and were happy to help. Dr. Rochira did great work on me. I'm extremely happy, though this is day 3 and I'm still in pain, I can see how amazing they look. Bravo!
