We had an EGR replaced, which we…read morebelieved was with new parts or that the work was actually done...Did this on July 12,2015....On July 27, 2015 the truck was throwing codes...took into Freightliner and was told EGR fault codes, called shop and asked them to send invoice from the TRI CITY Freightliner parts, so this Freightliner would warranty part....they said sure no problem...can't believe it's the EGR again, but sure faxing it....3 hours later I called Freightliner...no fax...OK? Called Robinson's again...no answer, so left message....waited 1 1/2 hours no reply....called him again....he answered I asked where the fax was...click he hung up...OK now I know there's an issue....called TRI CITY....he has an account...guess what he NEVER bought an EGR for that truck all month...really!!!!! FRAUD!!!!! $1900.00 was paid to him...My husband was under a load...and now truck back in shop....wasn't even questioning him just figured bad part....Please if you really need to get your truck fixed just go to Freightliner, TA, Petro or Cat or whatever....but DO NOT use this shop....PLEASE!!!!!
