Dan was able to find a tech to go and repair my RAM 3500 anyway and I was very appreciative of this. My only complaint was that they were not very forthright with their pricing. They quoted me one thing and charged me more plus a (hidden) "Port to Port" charge that was never mentioned. I understand with a mobile repair company parts and supplies are going to cost more, but a Port to Port charge? Isn't that what the SERVICE CALL CHARGE IS!
