One thing that could use some improvement is the massage tables, as they did not have a separate place for a head. There was just a neck pillow and a thin piece of tissue paper with a hole in between for nose and mouth breathing. However, I felt as thought my face was smushed into the bed and at times, it was uncomfortable. Other than that, the massage was great, and they were able to focus on specific parts!

By the way, our appointment was at their opening time, 10:00 AM, so they were well within their right to keep the door locked with the "Closed" sign on, but instead they were ready to go with smiles on their faces as soon as we walked in. Then, we were brought to our treatment room by our therapists, Claire and Nicky, and the room was quiet, beautiful, and clean. The therapy itself was heavenly. We were both so relaxed that we nearly fell asleep during our treatments. Claire and Nicky are amazing! Did my upper back for 90 minutes straight and I'm guessing he forgot that I had asked for a full body? Because he did a half ass job on my legs and arms, he even picked my legs up and dropped it a couple of times like that was gonna do anything. Not to mention my arms weren't barely touched. After purchasing, the owner refused to honor the voucher. When Groupon explained the definition of "Sales contract" he conceded. However, after he cancelled appointments multiple times over the next two months, the voucher was never redeemed. I look forward to telling everyone who will listen exactly what I think of the callous unprofessionalism of this owner, and can't wait until a business that will decline their own gift vouchers is closed for good - No matter how many different dba's he wants to use for the same doomed business.
