He wanted to argue with me about "saving dryers" and when I informed him that my wash load was done & I was about to load the dryer, he continued to argue with me. He even got mad at me for supposedly "hovering over a cart & not wanting to share." I had clothes in this cart which had come from a washer & were being loaded into a dryer. This guy has no concept of customer service whatsoever. He shouldn't be in the customer service industry; he would be better served as a security guard on graveyard shift in a storage warehouse. I will never use this facility again.

They provide additional services so make sure to check their website. The washer and dryer machines are fantastic (Huebsch). Roughly 23 minutes in the washer! I'd recommend downloading the app as you can pay and receive credits for each washer/dryer cycle. The app will also show how many machines are available and the remaining time left in the cycle. I've been going here a few weeks because my washer is broken. I am very glad I found this place and have been returning weekly.

They claim that according to their GPS they delivered on December 26. My ring camera proves otherwise. And I don't have a bag because I never got my goods back. I've called and written and just get the runaround. My husband has gone in person twice, bringing the ring pictures, but the manager was conveniently not there. I want my $$$ back and some compensation for the lost items. Not a million dollars. The cost of the service and maybe $150 for the two sets Queen sized sheets, the bathroom towels, and a brand new bathing suit that got in the bag by mistake.
