I explained to them in detail what i had done, and what parts i had replaced. Their idea was to replace the same part i did instead of diagnosing the entire sysytem to pinpoint the problem as a shop should...so they call me up the day before pick up to inform me that the problem isnt the part i replaced (big suprise) and low and behold they want another 1400 to crack into the actual problem, and that i just basically paid them 1300 to babysit my daughters car for a week. Instead of diagnosing the system they just threw parts at it...not a good look fellas...so when i get her car back i will go over the lil "easter eggs" i hid to see if it was put back together correctly (i know it wasnt) becuase there should be supplements...my advice is pay those techs better so corners dont need to be cut...and yall wont get put on blast for this type of work...

I said I wanted them to figure out the battery issue & I wanted an oil change. Well they tried to sell me a brand new Napa battery for $220 and when I balked, they got weird. I said I wasn't going to have the car much longer so why would I want to spend that kind of money on a battery. I said I'd get a battery & bring it there for them to install. they said okay. I took them the battery & expected the oil change to be done & I could take my car. Wrong! They had still not done the oil change & their reason was that they couldn't do it if the car had a dead battery. I thought since they were an auto repair shop that they could figure out how to do an oil change on a car that needed a battery, like use a battery that they keep on hand just for this reason. But no I had to leave my car over the weekend. when it still wasn't ready on Mon evening I was pissed. I said just install the battery, forget the oil change. they'd had my car for 3 days & done nothing, then they charged me $60 to install the battery, saying that they really should have charged me the full diagnostic charge which is $120.00.
