Days later there still no response. I sent another email as my surgery was within days and I didn't know if they scheduled me for pickup and drop-off. I received an email saying "Yes, we can provide transportation." However, by the morning of the surgery I still had no confirmation as to the driver's name and time of arrival. I called again buy no answer and the phone goes to a different phone number than I called, and then the mailbox is full. I arranged other transportation that morning. They called back but then it was too late and I had no confidence that this outfit would deliver on the service. As stated in prior reviews, this company is completely flakey and undependable.

Our driver Veronica was courteous and cautious; a very good driver. The van was in very good repair, mechanically sound, with an excellent wheelchair lift system. Once my father was inside the van, his wheelchair was held in place with restraints at the 4 corners of the lower part of the wheelchair, along with a seat belt and shoulder harness. Dad wasn't going anywhere! Price was very fair. I highly recommend Golden Health Transportation. We will be using them for all our future transportation needs.
