They were very gentle moving him with the gurney, loading and unloading him from the ambulance, and during the on-road transport. They listened to him and his care givers which was important in the process of situational awareness which resulted in them going above and beyond with their patient care. I have 38 years experience in pre-hospital care as a firefighter/EMT/paramedic and quite frankly had low expectations for the crew that came to the house to transport my relative. The lane you're switching to is a solid lane. Educate yourself on when it is ok to switch lanes and how to use the fucking signal. The driver didn't even need to switch to my lane. Both lanes ramp to the same direction. The driver realized and had switch back to their original lane after half a mile and exit off Kenwood Drive.
