Our driver Veronica was courteous and cautious; a very good driver. The van was in very good repair, mechanically sound, with an excellent wheelchair lift system. Once my father was inside the van, his wheelchair was held in place with restraints at the 4 corners of the lower part of the wheelchair, along with a seat belt and shoulder harness. Once the paperwork was completed we had a situation where we had to transport her in the next 3-4 days to make sure she arrived before her next procedure was needed. David couldn't free up a vehicle to pick up in S. Texas that quickly but he took the time to make some calls and he was able to find another company that happened to have a van 300 miles away and could pick up in two days. He set me up with them and also refunded my deposit and we were able to get my mother moved to Oceanside that week! Most companies would have just said "sorry" if they couldn't do it but David knew how stressed out I already was and really helped me out of a jam! I was in last minute situation whereas my ride to a medical procedure scheduled for this past Saturday 7/24 had to cancel and I had no one else to drive me due to family and friends being out of town for soccer tournaments. I called after 7:30pm last Thursday and Jeff answered the phone very professionally even though I thought I was going to just get a answering machine. I explained my situation and with no hesitation he said "I got this". He just had to check with his other driver and that if he didn't get back to him, we were good to go. Saturday morning I was kind of nervous not only for the surgery but wondering if they would actually show up.... but no worries. Jeff himself instead of the extra driver showed up not only on time but 25 minutes early. Jeff is so supper friendly and and so professional. Come to find out after he dropped me off he was going to his Nephews grade school graduation in between coming back to pick me up in an estimated 3-4 hours. Of course I was done sooner than expected and Jeff was right there waiting to sign me out and bring me home. He didn't only drop me off but made sure I made it in the house and that someone was actually home since I was pretty drugged up. I could not have asked for anything more.
