As an African American woman, I had specific concerns about how the electrolysis process would affect my skin. I had gone to another local electrologist several years ago but I just wasn't comfortable with her. After a few more years of trying to handle my own hair removal, I decided to try Bobbie. I immediately felt comfortable with her. Her office is in a great location and her hours work for me. She was upfront about what to expect and really worked with me to ensure I'd feel as little pain as possible. Some people think it's expensive, but I feel it's reasonable and worth the investment. Now, I'm almost completely free from the unwanted facial hair and the scars from my attempts to remove hair myself have disappeared. If you want to be free from waxing, shaving, or tweezing, I'd definitely recommend Bobbie for your electrolysis needs. She's knowledgeable, professional, respectful of your privacy, and compassionate. The time and expense has been worth it for me and I'd do it again in a heartbeat!
