This place is a hidden gem!…read more I had passed the office building it is housed in dozens of times, and only really checked it out after I decided it was time to chuck the razor and look into laser hair removal. Curious, I booked a free consultation, just to learn more. Cara talked me through the laser process, as well as packages that they offer. She immediately put me at ease, and I ended up getting my first treatment that same day. I was so happy with the process that I returned a couple of weeks later for laser on another area, this time with Donna. She likewise wowed me with her knowledge, expertise, and welcoming demeanor. I've since had more laser treatments - loving the results! - and a facial. I went elsewhere in town for a facial before, but I'm never going anywhere else again! My face was dewy and glowing for the rest of the day, and I left feeling relaxed from the pampering. I've had terrible, embarrassing facial hair for years. I had laser hair removal 10 years ago, with…read moreminimal results. Horrifically enough, my facial hair only got more thick and course during pregnancy and postpartum. I decided to give it another try because I couldn't keep up my daily tweezing and grooming routine since it took so much time and was only getting worse and worse. I randomly found Riham, and she has changed my life. On my first meeting with her, she suggested I treat more areas than I previously wanted but she seemed to know what she was talking about so I decided to trust her and Im SO GLAD I did. In only one treatment, the hair dramatically reduced and become thinner. After two treatments, I only have to shave every few days and I forget that it's there most of the time and feel comfortable without makeup. I asked Riham why these results are better than my previous results and she said she has the best machine and is better trained and knowledgeable. I absolutely believe and support this. Riham is the best. Worth every penny!

I can understand that there is a need for profit but trying to upsell everything isn't my preference. The prices also went waaay up, way beyond inflation. Don't get me wrong, they do nice work and services are good but be prepared for much higher prices than comparable places in the area. I'd advise looking around. Also I would rather support Michigan not Boca Raton. I love it there but still.

I was not happy with the result nor with the exorbitant price. When I called Dr. Gilmore to discuss my issues, she did not return my call, but rather had her receptionist call me back to discuss my medical treatment!! This person is not a dr., has never treated me, and was so verbally rude to me that I will not return to this office again despite the damage done to my face. Clearly the elusive Dr Gilmore and staff are completely indifferent to the harm she causes her patients. 2 tips: Before any procedure is done: 1- get the price up-front, 2- take your own photos for proof, if needed This office projects an air of beauty and perfection which is a facade.

I got burnt every time (no I was not tanning between sessions) and the hair did not fall off after the session, not even for a couple of days. Usually I'd lose the hair for 3 months after a session. I did some research prior to my facial treatment (through TikTok) and everyone loved the results but commented that the pain was rough, which caused me to be a little anxious and wanted to cancel, but Dr. Rashad was amazing at calming down my nerves and the numbing cream helped a lot and some areas I didn't feel it at all!
