We had Jim and Concept Pools design and install our pool and they just finished about a month ago…read more They started at the beginning of June of 2022 with a 12 week timeline and we were in our pool by the middle of July. Jim is a man of his word and is one of the most honest, reliable, and communicative contractors I have worked with and we've built 2 homes and completely remodeled one, so I've worked with MANY contractors. Jim is also a very straight shooter so I can imagine the few people who have left negative reviews are either high-maintenance and over demanding, or scammers who wanted something for free or cheap. When our deck wasn't exactly as we wanted and had been agreed Jim ripped it all out and redid it at zero extra cost to us because as he said, we didn't get what we asked for and it's the right thing to do. He's honest, professional, was present throughout and delivered a pool EARLY during the summer that is more than we dreamed of. We LOVE it and so do our kids. We also asked to see his insurance and bonding info and confirmed he has both, not that we except to use them but it's part of the due diligence anyone should do!

Jim's cheap insurance didn't cover poor workmanship. To our knowledge he is not bonded, so we are stuck paying for his mistakes and fixing his crappy work! If he's fully bonded and insured like the other reviewer states I'd love for you to share the policy with me! I'd also love to see pictures of your completed pool that is so great, I have a hard time believing this review is real. We are fortunate that we have the money to fix and finish our pool, that was never the issue! I don't like being taken advantage of, hustled, and having to pay to fix terrible quality work !

Great Service, Good Deal…read more Our back yard floods... like build an arch and round up the animals two by two floods. And then the water stands, in shallow, but deep puddles, that turn in to algae infested breeding grounds for mosquitoes, until the Oklahoma sun turns them dry and cracked. The roof rain run off, sans gutters (aside from the "decorative" gutters on the front of the house) has, over time, created a 3 inch divot around the parameter of the house. Having dug trenches, contemplated french drains and hand bailing water from the yard, we came to the conclusion gutters may help... or at least couldn't hurt. Jason of 4 Seasons was very helpful in reviewing our guttering needs. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions. The cost and installation was first rate. I had no idea that this could be done so quickly. The installers were quick, cordial and did not leave any mess behind. The gutters look like they belong on the house, and are very neat. We have downspouts for rain barrels and things are starting to be less swampy after a rain. They take check and credit card, and were quick to answer any pre-install questions. Great service, and I highly recommend 4 Seasons Seamless Gutters.

The details that differentiated one hot tub from another was explained in detail and Randy was very helpful as we went through the process. I have waited until now to write this review because when you spend the amount of money that it takes to buy a new spa, it is the ongoing service, support, and overall experience after the sale that really matters. Randy and the team have been very helpful, professional, and gone out of their way to ensure that our experience with the product we purchased has been very good. With the questions we have had they have offered solutions, product samples, and suggested alternatives that we had not considered. They were helpful in ensuring that our experience over the last year and a half with our hot tub was excellent. I can highly recommend Emerald Springs for both the purchase and service of your hot tub.

Would we recommend Corbin Whitlaw / Tier One Pools?  No!  For starters, our project kept getting…read morepushed back.  It was initially supposed to start on 7/28 but didn't actually get started until 9/4.  Corbin was only on site one time, and that was for about 15 minutes towards the end of the build.  His crew was great to work with but they couldn't make some of the decisions that needed to be made. Corbin took us to see the same pool design at another location and we liked the way it looked.  However, the bubblers on their tanning ledge were in a direct line while ours are offset.  This affects the way we can set our lounge chairs.  They installed the wrong heater.  We paid for a 400 BTU and they installed a 250 BTU.  It was also for natural gas and we have propane, which they knew because they dug the hole for the propane tank!  Once this was pointed out to them they said they would not do any more work until we made the final payment!  Per the contract, the final payment isn't due until the work is complete. After that, Corbin and his crew ghosted us.  They also left us with a green pool and we had to hire someone to clean it.  They couldn't believe they'd left our pool like that and they were surprised how much gravel was in the bottom of the pool. We finally had to get an attorney to help us get the job finished.  Now Corbin is ghosting us again on warranty work because we have issues on the equipment and he is not going to provide us with any answers.  We've, once again, had to get our attorney involved. One other thing:  Tier One Pools did NOT build our pool house.  They poured the concrete slab but that was it.  His ad implies they built the "complete backyard experience."  That is completely false.  There are also reviews on his page from crew members and ex girlfriend's who have NOT had pools installed.
