We could also mark areas that we didn't want touched. The waiting area is super comfortable - it's warm, smells nice, and is clean and cozy. When we started, we were taken into separate rooms. The practitioner I was with was very gentle, checked in to make sure nothing hurt, and was very thoughtful overall. This was actually my first time getting a professional massage like this and it was a wonderful first experience. I was comfortable the whole time and felt that if I needed to let the practitioner know if something didn't feel good, I could do that. At the end, the practitioner offered me some cold water which was super refreshing after the massage. Absolutely recommend coming here for any sort of pain or soreness that massage could relieve or even just a nice relaxing self-care treat.
