It ended up being more like "we came, we saw, and we left." Not because it's bad--it's just different, and maybe not what I needed in that moment.Still, being near the ocean meant something. Before the service, I gave Kelly a list of everything I wanted checked and fully expected to spend a few thousand dollars getting everything done. I assumed all the fluids on my list would need to be replaced. Later that day, Kelly personally called me and explained that several of the fluids actually did not need replacement yet and because of that, he did not charge me for unnecessary work. I went inside for a refund and there was a customer complaining he was overcharged for gas. He was showing the attendant his phone and his banking app with a $22 charge and a $28 charge right after it. I got my refund, vacuumed my car and went thru the carwash. I paid $8 for the middle car wash by swiping my Venmo debit card at the carwash kiosk (by the way the dryer shuts off with 20 seconds of time still left) On my way home I checked my Venmo account and was charged $50.00 see photo. Drove back and the attendant had no explanation and of course there is no manager there. The attendant was trying to blame it on the gas pump um no I have an electric car I do not use gas! I have to wait until tomorrow for the manager to call me. Meanwhile the funds are not available in my Venmo account. Go there at your own risk and if you do, check your receipt or pay cash. 2 sketchy unauthorized transactions from this gas station within 15 minutes of each other!
