I've always stayed in good shape, my livelihood requires it but since covid I've felt myself slipping further and further away from the body I've always worked so hard to maintain. I realized over the years that my eating habits where directly tied to my emotional state. On days that I found myself not in the best of spirts coldstone became my "happy place". Living in NY, traveling for work, in and out of hotels and airports nutrition took a back seat and my meals became about convenience & comfort. Training at @ultimateperformancela over the past 12 weeks has taught me how to create healthy eating habits that are sustainable for a life on the go. Tracking my macros daily and knowing that they were being monitored by my trainers kept me accountable. Mohand Boudifa designed workouts that were intentional, intense, and impactful, always pushing me to my limits--even when my Taurus stubbornness pushed back! ‍ Thank you guy for being amazing trainer and incredible human! At 38, I feel like the best version of myself (thus far)--mind, body, and soul. Thank you @ultimateperformancela team for transforming my approach to fitness and nutrition. I started this journey weighing in at 188lbs & 31.8% body fat. Today I weigh 165lbs and 12% body fat. I look forward to continuing this #ultimatetransformation lifestyle!

Life-changing! I'm in the best shape I've been in 15 years,…read moreand in just a few more weeks, I can confidently say I'll be in the best shape of my life. I first came across UP through an Instagram ad, and then "randomly" heard about it again during a Glenn Powell interview I was watching on YouTube. That piqued my interest, so I reached out for more information. I received the details of the program, reviewed the options and rates--and honestly, never in my life did I think I'd commit to a fitness program like this. But it's worth every penny. My trainer, Mo Boudifa, has helped me not only transform my body but also regain mobility in my knees--something I thought I'd never get back. Mo is an exceptional trainer who genuinely cares about both your progress and your well-being. Everything you thought you knew about training and nutrition will be redefined for the better. If you have the means and the dedication to commit to what UP offers, just go for it. I'll be a client for life. Thank you, UP, for providing this incredible platform, and most of all, thank you Mo for helping me transform my body, my goals, and even shake off some bad habits. Cheers, Tashi

Training with Adam has been wonderful . I never thought I would have a trainer or could afford one…read more. However ,like a lot of people I knew Adam from SHRED appp that I used and still use. I actually never thought in a million years I would see him in person at my gym, but there he was . He saw me using the app and came over and said hi. He told me he still trained at a gym under Sunset Towers and Sunset and offered a free couple sessions to help keep figure out my workout plan and path. I've been training with him for two years now and it's sometimes the singular thing I really can look forward To in a hard week . His app and his workouts are the best . I'm the leanest and strongest I've ever been and he has crafted me into my personal feminine ideal. I have my booty and my curves BUT not the unneeded body fat lol. Every session is different and we target different muscles and different ways to pinpoint them . He is very specific and detailed in my legs especially and knows every exercise in the world seemingly at this point . We laugh a lot and talk about just about anything - that helps me to be distracted through a lot of the strenuous stuff . It's like I've figured out my life and body at the same time haha Adam as many know requires accountability . On days we don't train I usually have assignments to do on my own . He either checks them on the app or in person by asking me for a text update . He also checks on my diet and nutrition weekly and at the start daily . He pretty much is just a huge needed part of your life

He has instilled a level of confidence, discipline and pride that I never had before and it bleeds into everything I do, relationships and especially my business.      In the first two years I lost 20 pounds and had my body fat percent down to a consistent 13-14 on a hydrostatic from a high of 26 percent . The best part is I worked my ass off to get there BUT I maintained it for the next five years as almost an afterthought. Adam instilled the habits and kept on me to keep pushing through adversity and change in my personal life. He does my nutrition , programming and uses the app to make sure I do basically the same workouts we do, but on my own.      Adam also is known for checking in ..... A LOT!  Almost every day I hear from him . Maybe that's because we are basically family now, but he just cares so much and wants you to be your best you. It's cool, it's cool to have one person champion you so hard . I am so grateful to have found Adam , what seems like a lifetime ago

If I could give my personal trainer Chang 10 stars, I would!!…read more I've trained consistently with Chang, multiple times each week, for 2 years as of this month that I'm writing this review. I've been fortunate to train with numerous personal trainers over the years, and Chang is the best one I've ever trained with. He has this incredible understanding of the human body, psychology, how to push you and when to stop you so you can stay healthy (and avoid getting hurt), how to keep workouts different/challenging/interesting every time, and has fantastic interpersonal skills (he is one of my favorite people to talk to during workouts). For greater context, I'm in my late 30s and am in better shape now than when I was 17, 25, or any other age before now. This is in spite of the facts that I (a) have some health conditions and (b) went through a very serious accident a few years ago that crushed multiple bones in multiple places. Chang has helped me overcome and come back from all that, better than ever. I am very close to achieving my physical fitness goals (burning fat, while building muscle and strength) and getting my body to look how I have always wanted it to look. I did the work but I give Chang and his training a lot of the credit. Chang has gone above and beyond to be accommodating with scheduling, meeting me wherever training is convenient for me, working around sore muscles etc. I am highly confident that Chang would be an awesome trainer for anyone, but in particular other folks like me (women, vegans, and people in the LGBTQ+ community). Train with Chang and Fit2Fly. It will be some of the best money you'll ever invest in yourself and your health.

The results speak for themselves. I've lost 50 pounds and have maintained, but what's kept me coming back is how sustainable and enjoyable the process has been. Both Chang and Miles are phenomenal trainers who bring their own unique energy and expertise to every session. They seamlessly keep the workouts genuinely fun and constantly varied, so I've never once felt bored or stuck in a routine. Every session brings something different, which keeps both my body and mind engaged. What really sets Fit2fly apart is the accountability and communication. They keep in regular contact, will provide workouts to do on your own in between sessions, check in on progress, and provide the right balance of encouragement and push when needed. Also they are genuinely awesome people who making working out fun which I never actually experienced before. The workouts are intense (you will work hard) but they're designed in a way that makes you want to show up rather than dread it. And they make each workout work for you as an individual with your own set of goals. For example I have always been interested in boxing, and without any hesitation Chang provided boxing into our regular routine! It's made cardio such a fun experience! After more than a year of rehab after the ACL reconstruction, I've struggled with recurring pain and stiffness. My knee stiffened up with the demands of a typical Muay Thai class, but with Sam I was able to train and even spar comfortably, safely, and creativity. What's unique about Sam is that he encourages and applauds creativity. After cross training across several striking gyms in OC and LA, even the best gyms teach essentially the same combos and drills. What's become important to me is training with someone who is trauma-informed, inclusive, takes into account chronic injuries with a passion and knowledge for the "art" of martial arts, not just the violence of it. I've faced a lot of injuries and trauma training in commercial MMA gyms. If I started out with Sam, I think I would have been even better and healthier by now. Come train with Sam, whether you're a beginner or experienced, young or old! There's no one like him for his affordable rates!
