The instructors are friendly, encouraging and helpful. I like the meditation group that meets on Saturdays at 8:30am. The instructor leads us through a 15 minute meditation through Om chanting, so it is a nice alternative for people who may get easily distracted with silent meditation. It is a fluid group so new people are there every week to bring their energy and insights. You don't have to be a member to join the meditation group. They accept donations from $5.00 on up. You can sign up ahead time online or pay when you arrive.
