I personally have placed my emphasis on muay thai but they also have Jujitsu and Crossfit. I feel like I am now a more technical fighter and I can't wait for each day to keep progressing with my training. All of the coaches are awesome and have given me great advice in my life which I will forever be grateful for. I personally have attended most of the classes the MMA program has to offer and all the coaches are some of the best in the game, but I attend the morning Muay Thai class with Amber the most and she is a fantastic coach with years of experience. He did attend Dec and was charge even though they know he is with his father for the holidays. The fact the my son was NEVER invited back is okay. But this is why Black Americans don't support other cultures. You come over here... take our money, then disrespect us after we have supposed you! To the owners: You should be ashamed to treat the disabled black child like this especially when he was the ONLY BLACK BOY in the class! I communicated to your staff as soon as possible and was harassed by your staff for weeks for oayment after I emailed, spoke to and texted your staff my situation. He would roll with me the entire class time (and more). At the time, i had no idea that i was basically getting free private lessons, but later, this realization as struck me in a big way. jiujitsu instruction is not like tennis instruction. a jiujitsu instructor physically gives a part of themselves to their students. my 4 year old daughter now trains here too - the kids classes are fun and excellent - and i am very thankful for this safe and fun environment where i can watch her grow. One of my greatest hopes/wishes is that this can continue until she is a young adult(where she continues to college/out of my care with a solid foundation in jiujitsu/self defense) .

The manager there Olivia came outside after she finished what she was doing and asked me what she could do to help me. I told her I was thinking of canceling. She asked more questions about what was going on in my life and really encouraged me to sign up for the transformation challenge. She was so supportive and I was really impressed that she followed me outside to see how she could help me. If it wasn't for her, I probably would've quit my membership and would not be where I am today. The challenge is almost over. I've been coming to the gym regularly and almost daily. I am seeing so many changes in my life positive changes. Now that I'm working out regularly, I'm stronger and faster. I'm making progress. I'm eating better. I'm sleeping better. My mind is positive and things that I found really hard to do are now relatively easy. I am so much happier and I feel so good! Parking was difficult and I sprinted in as the clock stuck 3:36 for a 3:30 class. Cut off was 3:35 no exceptions. Wow! I paid for the class, it's my minutes being sacrificed. Woman at the front was rude. I've taken a few other classes with them but won't be back.
