This business, unfortunately chose not to take the right path with me. I belonged to the Peoria…read moregym. I moved across town and there was no gym available within a 25 minute drive when I attempted to cancel my contract they gave me a very difficult time. I called corporate and I tried dealing with this business myself and with corporate to get my contract canceled. they continued to charge me $40 for that month even though there was no gym with a certain mile radius to me that was reasonable. This turned to my $40 a month charge into $200 as they sent it to collections. They refuse to work fairly with me and just turned me over to collections and they're trying to now extort it over $200 from me over a $40 dollar payment!! It is not my fault that I moved and there was no gym within a certain reasonable amount of radius to my home. After the call from collections I've been very upset today. I would suggest choosing well when you get involved with them and God forbid if your gym closes near you...you will be driving to the next nearest one and it's not always close. They will not refund your money. They will extort more money from you.

Lifetime is not cheap, but the quality of instruction I get in her classes makes it completely worth it. Hannah is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and intentional with every class. She doesn't just lead a workoutshe actually teaches. She takes the time to correct form, offers thoughtful modifications, and makes sure everyone feels both challenged and supported, no matter their level. What really sets her apart is the consistency and care she brings every single session. You can tell she genuinely wants her clients to improve and feel stronger, and that kind of energy is rare. I've taken a lot of group fitness classes over the years, and this is by far one of the best experiences I've had. If she ever left, I would seriously reconsider my membership. She is a huge asset to Lifetime Goodyear.

I have been out for four months for some surgery's , and up on my return I was welcome back by all the staff at the front desk and I ask for a special trainer name Hannah and I was informed that she was know longer with the facility. That is a shame she was a very nice young lady that really had a smile and personality that made you feel welcome whenever you stepped into the gym, and its really sad to see an employee of her caliber not present in the facility and I know of many that feel the same about Hannah as I do . We are very much disappoint of her being gone . It will be very hard to replace someone like her remarkable customer service skills . Thank , you Curtis

Okay... I really wanted to love this. There's hype around Lagree, it took almost three weeks to get…read moreinto this class on ClassPass (higher points too), so my expectations were up there. Let's start with the positive: the instructor was genuinely kind and did everything right. Full walkthrough of the Lagree machine, adjustments, waiver, form corrections -- she checked on me constantly. Zero complaints about her professionalism. But overall? This just fell flat for me. The studio itself is extremely minimal. White walls, mirrors, eight machines lined up, very little décor. No real aesthetic or vibe. Even the music had to stay low because of neighbors, which kind of killed the energy for me. I personally thrive on louder music and ambiance in a workout setting. Now the workout itself -- Lagree is just not for me. My wrists were hurting, my feet were on fire, and I felt like I was doing 90% of the moves incorrectly despite adjustments. I didn't sweat once. I walked out feeling like I could immediately go run five miles or head to F45 to actually feel worked. And now my knee and feet are sore -- not the good "I crushed it" sore, but the uncomfortable kind. If you're looking for something slow, controlled, core-focused, or maybe even rehab-adjacent, this might be your jam. But if you're like me and need to feel that push, sweat, energy, and vibe -- this may not hit. Again, nothing was "wrong." It just wasn't for me. ClassPass convenience is appreciated -- but between the wait, the hype, and the experience... it was a meh overall.

So glad to have Lagree on the west side!! The studio was cute and clean. They just recently…read moreupgraded their machines and today was the first day using them. Found this place on classpass and will 100% be back!!
