Jen leads by example at Hardcore Fitness, and has built the most caring and supportive fitness environment I have ever experienced - from the trainers through the members. This is her family business and she makes all of her members and clients feel loved like family. I recently completed a 60- day fitness challenge at Hardcore, run by Jen. I gained strength and confidence, while losing inches off my body. My favorite part of the 60 day challenge was the supportive community of other participants. People their stories, struggles, wins, tips, and support for each other both online in our group video discussions, as well as as in person at the gym. The community really keeps you engaged and focused on your goals. This experience has given me better knowledge of what my bad habits weee doing to my body and what good habits I could foster for benefits I want. I plan to keep these learnings top of mind as I head into my (new and improved) regular routine. I recommend Hardcore, Jen, and the trainers highly to anyone looking for a gym family/home. Working out and discussing weight and goals can be embarrassing but Max makes you feel comfortable to talk to and ask questions to and he has no problem being honest. He has an enjoyable personality that makes each session actually fun and not just work... You can tell that he is very passionate about each of his clients, he emails me the workout program after every session so I can do the workout on my free time and hes sent me nutrition and healthy eating articles. I would highly reccomend Richbody Athletics to anybody serious and determined to getting healthy and losing weight.

You can tell they really want to see you succeed, not just show up and survive...although some days survival is definitely the goal. The trainers are fun, crazy, motivating, and they will make you hurt in the best way possible. Alex is truly the best of the best. He is supportive and will 100% text you to make sure your butt gets to the gym. Bryan has some of the best workouts and hands down the best music, which makes it slightly easier to forget that your body is on fire. Steve will have you laughing, sweating, and leaving with arms and legs that feel like jelly. Ben will have you wanting to leave after the warm up alone but stick around for the whole work out and you will truly see and feel the results. All the trainers hold you accountable because they know you can do it! The Camp workouts are HARD. There will be days you sit in your car questioning every life choice that brought you there. But once class starts, the energy, the trainers, and the people around you push you to keep going and to do better for yourself! And it is SO worth it. Since starting at The Camp in August 2025, I have successfully lost 50 pounds, and I truly could not have done it without this place. The gym is always clean, organized, and classes start on time, which I really appreciate. This place helps you become the strongest version of yourself. It's hard, it's sweaty, it's sometimes painful, but it is absolutely worth it. You won't regret it!

The sessions are never boring, always challenging -- more than you think you can do, until you realize you can do it! Don't be be afraid to start if you're out of shape, because there are all sizes and shapes of people, men and women, young and old(er). Leslie and her team are very conscientious about your safety and well-being. The group is fun and encouraging. You'll meet new friends, and you will find that exercise is addictive.
